1. How to place an order?

Create or login to your account. Browse and add products to your cart or just hit Buy Now. Choose or Add delivery address. Add your phone number and email address and finally use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order after payment.

 

2. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We’ll send you an e-mail & SMS once you’ve successfully placed your order!  We’ll also let you know as soon as we ships the item(s) to you/warehouse along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). 

 

3. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

The amount will be refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.

 

4. Can I change my shipping after placing the order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.

  

5. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, no. Products which are listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. As soon as they are available the it will be updated on the website.

 

6. What should I do if my order is delayed.?

If at all your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.

 

7. What should I do if my order is approved but not yet dispatched for a long time?

Please email our support team at support@prayaa.in, with all the necessary details of the order and your name, so that we can look into this on priority basis.
