RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Thank you for shopping with us at PRAYAA. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below:

  • Returns and Exchanges:
  • We accept returns and exchanges for most of our products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must have a continuous video showing the defected arrived package and the contents/product inside, without any pause or disruption or editing.
  • Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Return Process:
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@prayaa.in.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation number (RA number).
  • Please securely package the item with the RA number clearly written on the package.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as intimate apparel and earrings. Additionally, customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • For returns due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will bear the shipping costs.
  • For other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

           Please note:

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
  • Refund will ONLY be initiated if the product meets all the requirements stated.
  • Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider's policies.
  • A flat fee of INR 100/- will be charged to a customer when merchandise is returned for a refund.
